Sunrise To Open New Senior Living Community In Salt Lake City Area
Salt Lake City, UT - Sunrise Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living services, will open its newest community, Sunrise at Holladay, at the end of April. Sunrise at Holladay, the Company's third community in Utah, will be the first Sunrise community in the state to offer Independent Living.

The new four-story community, located at 4650 Highland Drive, will provide individualized care and services to more than 150 residents. Sunrise's Independent Living is for those active seniors who are interested in a maintenance free home-like environment as well as healthcare coordination, flexible care options as their health and personal needs change and the community's rich program offerings. Residents of Sunrise at Holladay will enjoy restaurant style dining, daily afternoon socials, and concierge services, among other services and amenities.
For those residents needing assistance with activities like bathing, dressing, medication management and eating, Sunrise at Holladay also offers Assisted Living. Additionally, a specially designed Reminiscence neighborhood is dedicated to caring and serving residents with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of memory loss.
More than 100 team members will be employed to manage the well-designed community and provide daily services, activities, programs and meals to residents. The community will feature beautiful views of Salt Lake Valley conveniently located near the Cottonwood Mall, the Holladay Library and a number of nearby golf courses. Residents will also benefit from Sunrise's more than 26 years of experience in the senior-living industry including special Sunrise Signatures like fresh-cut flowers and a community pet.
The new 132,000 square foot building is one of three senior living communities operated by Sunrise in the Salt Lake City area. The Company also manages Brighton Gardens of Salt Lake City located at 76 South 500 East and Sunrise of Sandy located at 2130 East 9400 South in Sandy, Utah.
