The StoneGate Senior Living agreements with Christus Health Plan allow Medicare and Commercial coverage at seven East Texas care centers: Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation, Colonial Pines Health Care Center, Reunion Plaza Senior Care & Rehabilitation Center, Heritage Plaza Nursing Center, Providence Park Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing, Briarcliff Skilled Nursing Center and Treviso Transitional Care

East Texas, Texas (PRWEB) - StoneGate Senior Living announces it has secured agreements for Medicare and Commercial coverage with Christus Health Plan for seven of its skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities serving the greater East Texas marketplace.

This agreement gives families the opportunity to leverage their Medicare Advantage and Commercial benefits to access the StoneGate Senior Living skilled nursing and rehabilitative health care facility that best serves the needs of the senior patient.
