PointClickCare Acquires Accu‐Med Technology Solutions

Leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) provider increases its market leadership position across the long-¬term and post‐acute care segments

Tampa, FL (PRWEB) - PointClickCare, the most widely-used Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform for long‐term care, today announced at the American Health Care Association (AHCA) Annual Convention that it has completed its acquisition of Accu-Med Technology Solutions (Accu-Med Services, LLC), provider of integrated information solutions for healthcare and wellness providers of the elderly and wholly owned subsidiary of Omnicare, Inc.

Accu¬‐Med delivers integrated financial and clinical software solutions for long-¬term care providers. In addition to their core clinical and financial applications, Accu-¬Med provides therapy management software to contract therapy organizations serving long-term care and an MDS-based quality, outcomes and performance measurement system.
