This expansion builds on Patina's successful model and work with Humana in the Philadelphia area and includes the following 10 counties across North and South Carolina: Mecklenburg, Union, Gaston, Cabarrus, York, Chester, Lancaster, Lincoln, Iredell and Rowan counties.
