New Transitional Care Building In Salem Provides Seniors With Short-Term Nursing And Rehabilitation Services

The Avamere Family of Companies opened the doors to the newly constructed Salem Transitional Care.

Salem, OR (PRWEB) - The Avamere Family of Companies opened the doors to the newly constructed Salem Transitional Care, which is located at 3400 Boone Rd. SE next to Bonaventure Assisted Living and Retirement Community. The 53,000 square foot building provides patients recovering from illness or injury with intensive skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Salem Transitional Care specializes in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, wound and ostomy care, tracheostomy care, and many other post-acute services.
