This service refurbishes and reprocesses single-use medical devices to their original specifications
This service refurbishes and reprocesses single-use medical devices to their original specifications, using technology and mechanization that eliminates human error. Initiation of the system, which is both ISO certified and FDA registered, begins with a representative picking up the instruments to be reprocessed. Decontamination and disinfection takes place in a thorough, automated and validated process. In the instrument finishing stage, devices undergo sharpening, reconditioning and function testing, as well as ten visual examinations. Next, product testing verifies that all instruments meet their exact original specification. The devices then acquire sterile packaging in a process that is ISO/AAMI/ANSI validated and takes place in a class 10K environmentally controlled clean room.
