Arjo Alenti

Using the Alenti lift hygiene chair one nurse can safely bring patients, who are able to sit up, from bed to Arjo's hygiene equipment. The moveable back-rest allows for transfers from either side of the bed. The battery powered Alenti is height-adjustable via the handset or by controls on the maneuvering handle. The Alenti utilizes removable and rechargeable batteries which makes it ready for use at all times. The Alenti integrates with all lengths of height adjustable and fixed height baths and with the Arjo Shower Cabinet. It can also be used as a shower chair, allowing the nurse to work in an ergonomically correct posture. Weighing of the patients can be accomplished using the optional electronic scale. The Alenti is delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate use. Included is also a Start-Up package containing written Operating Instructions and an Inservice Video.

Alenti's one piece molded, closed-cell polyurethane seat has a toilet opening and is soft and pleasant to sit on. Because there are no crevices to attract bacteria, Alenti is easy to clean and disinfect. The Ergo-grips help the caregiver to easily transport the patient in a correct working position without unnecessary stress on the back or shoulders. Alenti's two embracing, foldable arm rests protect the patient, eliminating the need for damp, uncomfortable safety straps.

Alenti's handset controls the brakes, raising and lowering, allowing the caregiver to focus full attention on the patient. The Alenti is equipped with low-friction castors, giving smooth maneuverability and steering, while making it easy to drive.

Two interchangeable batteries and a battery charger ensure that the Alenti is always ready for use. The electronic On-Board scale permits fast, accurate weighing without extra transfers.
