Alldress Absorbent Film Dressing

Molnlycke Health Caresorbent Film Dressing for chronic/open wounds in every phase of wound healing. Alldress is a waterproof, multi-layered sterile dressing. The layers consist of a porous, low-adherent contact layer, a wicking and absorptive layer and self-adhesive porous fabric tape. The semi-permeable film layer maintains a moist environment and at the same time protects the wound from external environmental contamination and protects from wound fluids passing through the dressing. The smooth outer surface reduces friction from bed linen and clothing and potential disturbance of the dressing. Alldress can be used as a primary dressing for clean wounds and where a barrier to fluids and bacteria is required; or as a secondary dressing for open wounds in conjunction with Hypergel, Mesalt, Normlgel and other primary dressings.
