ADT

In Admit Discharge Transfer (ADT) you register clients and record comprehensive client information. Use ADT to track clients' location and status plus maintain census period information for billing. ADT centralizes client information and shares it with other VistaCARE applications, both clinical and financial.

Key Features

• Data flows from ADT to the MDS, including Diagnoses. Items in MDS 2.0 sections are automatically filled in, including name, gender, birthdate, race/ethnicity, SSN, Medicare number, Medicaid number, zip code, occupation, room number, and marital status.
• Face Sheets are prepared automatically using information entered in ADT. State-specific and facility-specific formats are available.
• Mortician receipts can be printed separately or as a second page to the Face Sheet.
• Drop-down lists of possible entries are provided throughout ADT, along with search features, to assist in data entry.
• ADT can be integrated with VistaCARE Accounts Receivable, Resident Trust, Resident Assessment, Care Plan, Physician Orders, Interdisciplinary Progress Notes, User Defined Assessments, and Rehab
