Adolfson & Peterson Construction Completes New Senior Living Facility In Dallas

Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) recently completed a new senior living facility in Dallas, located at 8130 Meadow Rd., near the intersection of Meadow Road and US 75 North Central Expressway, immediately north of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) - Designed by Page, developed by Corsair Ventures and financed by US Freedom Capital, the boutique senior community includes a 77,132 square-foot, three-story building that offers 80 skilled nursing units each with a private bathroom and shower. There are also 29 assisted living suites that include a living area and kitchenette with granite tops.

As you enter the main lobby, the first level provides a relaxing atmosphere with casual seating by the fireplace, a unique bistro for coffee and retail, and a restaurant-style dining room with a commercial grade kitchen. Amenities also include a fully-equipped health and wellness therapy gym and a full-service salon and spa. The second and third floors include communal seating and TV areas, a serving kitchen with custom millwork and solid surface tops surrounded by full height storefront glass to allow for panoramic views. Laundry service is also provided. The exterior architecture of the building draws from contemporary styles with smooth, light-colored monolithic stucco walls, large windows for each unit, canopies and a private outdoor courtyard with stamped concrete featured sidewalks, artificial turf and a custom stained arbor.
