Clinical Documentation provides global notes to document all clinical information online so those needing resident information can have access to it immediately. Your staff can add notes to clarify items on the MDS, care plans, RAP summaries and other clinical documentation which can be printed as progress (nurses notes, dietary notes, and so on) notes. You can build user-defined assessments (UDA) and forms that include identical items from the MDS and are later shared with the MDS. When adding a note, the clinician may direct that note to any other discipline. Also, interdisciplinary notes will include any note that has been entered on a specific resident by any discipline with the proper security to access the details. Notes may be queried by any day or time frame (i.e. time frame prior to the assessment reference date).
