The ARJO business group is pleased to announce that effective September 28th, we have acquired Parker from the Sunrise Continuing Care Group. Sunrise CCG entered into an agreement with Getinge Industries, the parent company of ARJO, to have the ARJO business group purchase the Parker (Bathing Products) division, which is based in Hampshire, England. Effective immediately, ARJO Inc. of Roselle, Illinois will assume corporate ownership responsibility for the Parker Bathing Products group for the US market.

Parker develops and manufactures innovative and high quality bathing, showering and patient handling equipment for the Long Term Care and Assisted Living Industry.

ARJO will cooperate with Sunrise to incorporate the Parker brand products during this transition period into ARJO's own range of bathing, showering and patient handling equipment.

ARJO will be working together with Sunrise to make the transition as smooth as possible in an effort to maintain and improve the service to your facility during the next 60 days. Sunrise will continue to support the Parker line until the transition is fully complete.
